Merchandise Return Policy

Cole's will extend full credit or a cash refund for all undamged and unused items or those that were not prepared to the customer's specifications upon presentation of a sales receipt.

A customer return without a sales receipt must be verified by Cole's managment before mercahdnise credit can be extended

Cole's has the option of issuing a check for any return over $300.00. That check will be sent the Friday following the date of the return. Cole's will issue a return on a check ten (10) days after the date of sale

If the merchandise is returned to the store the same day as purchased, Cole's will hand your original check back to you as long as it is still in the store
