TRUMELT 50 LB ENCAPSULATED ICE MELT
TruMelt™ Encapsulated is a premium, sodium chloride-based ice melt pre-treated with AgSalt Processing’s liquid brine. It is a quality choice for commercial and residential applications. Since there is an even coating of magnesium brine on every salt crystal, TruMelt™ Encapsulated can melt effectively to a temperature of 0°F. If greater performance is needed, try using TruMelt™ 10% or TruMelt™ 20%.
TruMelt™ Encapsulated is screened to optimal crystal size for maximum traction and accurate spreading. The small dusty fines and large crystals above ¼ inch in diameter are removed, making it clump-free and easy and efficient to apply. TruMelt™ Encapsulated is mixed with a green dye for improved visibility during application. Due to the non-staining and tracking qualities of TruMelt™ Encapsulated, it is safe for use on sidewalks and near entrances. In addition, TruMelt™ Encapsulated is safer for pets and turf than calcium-based products. If applied at recommended rates, it will not burn vegetation or pet paws.
